Maximization of profit and

From the planning stage to production and sales of automobiles, there are so many milestones along the way. Since it involves the large amount of investment, the top management should be notified of the forecasted profit and sales volume at major milestones to maximize the profit and presence of the respective vehicle models.
Main Tasks
Lead the project while working closely with the other work units
The person in this role is expected to lead the project management in a comprehensive and integrated manner throughout the lifecycle from planning in the upstream process to the production and sales activities by working collaboratively with all the stakeholders in the company, and propose solutions to the top management.
- You will prepare product/profit plans throughout the lifecycle of the current and next-generation models and propose solutions to the top management in order to maximize the product competitiveness, brand power, and profitability
- You will lead the project as a facilitator to motivate the relevant departments that handle development, production, purchasing, product planning, marketing/sales, to achieve the respective milestone of a project (e.g., finalizing a project agreement)
- Based on the latest market situations and technology trend including those of competitors, you will analyze the sales price, volume sold, and cost proposals provided by the other departments. When the analysis is deemed appropriate in terms of the current situation and future growth, you will make recommendations to the top management.
